As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of successin the following areas:

  • Developing ideas for forward-looking, cross-team-centric solutions to drive strategic conversations and specific growth opportunities targeted to the client service team's needs;
  • Managing activities around project support, risk mitigation and timely quality deliverables;
  • Participating in developing brand defining differentiated points of view;
  • Reporting and Analytics; familiar with data collection and analytics to monitor resource and monetary goals; knowledge of overall project management methodologies;
  • Delivering relevant and value-adding industry research, analyzing and developing strategic vision;
  • Creating analytic modeling and monitoring of key project drivers;
  • Demonstrating experience working in project teams within a professional services environment;
  • Negotiating and managing conversations with senior level staff and partners to support overall business goals;
  • Developing and leveraging relationships with a variety of groups and stakeholders to enhance project effectiveness;
  • Using software applications including google suite, MS Office, Lotus Notes;
  • Proclivity for innovation, identifying and solutioning process improvements and strategic organizational growth;
  • Flexibility in an ever changing environment and full ownership of responsibilities;
  • Conducting analyses leveraging critical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Working independently and prioritizing time to complete project tasks/deliverables within established time-frames;
  • Interpreting and analyzing situations/information to develop a recommended course of action;
  • Collaborating with internal and external customers, vendors, providers and contractors;
  • Delivering precise and accurate work with a focus on details in a fast-paced environment;
  • Managing competing priorities with tight deadlines while analyzing needs and executing on requirements;
  • Effectively presenting and cogently communicating both verbally and in writing while tailoring your messaging to your stakeholder; and,
  • Responding to internal/external client and/or team requests promptly and professionally, contributing to a positive collaborative working environment.
