Job Description
PwC's Marketing and Sales function is a client-centric, high-performing team that drives the Firm's priorities and long-term revenue growth by

passionately positioning PwC as a distinctive brand in the marketplace.

The role of Marketing is to develop and execute data-driven strategies to effectively and efficiently understand our customer's needs and interests to increase brand awareness and generate high margin demand. The team enables client serving professionals to meet their short and long-term goals by providing creative and innovative application of deep marketing expertise in areas such as digital, B2B, data analytics, program management, media (including social), thought leadership, and brand.

PwC New Ventures will identify, develop and commercialize technology-enabled products that deliver PwC value, knowledge and experience to our clients. Each new venture will focus on a data-driven platform or other IP-based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. Through the process of building new ventures, we will foster a culture of innovation within the Firm.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8 years of managerial sales experience involving digital marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools.

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or like field. An MBA preferred.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge and understanding of marketing trends and/or industry-leading practices within the Hi-Tech environment and software space and applies new thinking and innovation to marketing programs to accomplish key objectives, including the following areas:

- Championing and conducting competitive and market research to understand client issues, marketing dynamics and competitive strategies and incorporate this into product messaging and marketing activities to drive high impact and differentiated programs; and;

- Connecting market and technology trends to determine and establish appropriate messaging is created and delivered.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates proven intimate level abilities and success with developing marketing strategies and programs, preferably in a fast-paced Hi-Tech Environment or Software space, that drive business objectives and provide the overall direction for marketing activities, including the following areas:

- Being regarded as an industry-leading communicator, writer and strategist, including utilizing writing skills to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand, compelling messaging;

- Utilizing strategically CRM and marketing automation tools while identifying and prioritizing target markets, product opportunities and potential Buyers;

- Collaborating with the New Ventures Marketing Leader on solutions and platform messaging, including publicly representing the firm with customers, partners and larger audiences to communicate our product and business value, and educate customers, prospects and partners;

- Developing integrated product marketing programs and a product marketing mix that incorporates digital marketing, directly supporting the product marketing strategy and demonstrating how the activities contribute to developing client relationships, paving the way for new sales in the pipeline and increase brand equity;

- Developing product marketing strategies that drive business objectives and provides the overall direction for all product marketing activities including deliver content in various formats to communicate messaging and value of New Ventures offerings;

- Leveraging project management leadership skills, emphasizing abilities to multitask and prioritize;

- Identifying areas of process improvement and implement solutions;

- Building and maintaining relationships and marketing to technical buyers;

- Managing product marketing budget across all programs to stay within budgeted parameters;

- Measuring and tracking results of marketing programs and report on Return on Investment (ROI);

- Overcoming internal barriers and resource constraints in order to produce successful programs, effectively managing accelerating changes as required in a dynamic market and organization;

- Sharing responsibly to drive adherence to risk management protocols; and,

- Building and maintaining successful, collaborative relationships with highest levels of our firm leadership and global marketers.
