Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Technical Infrastructure and Transformation team assists PwC with information technology transformation efforts, helping us to improve our business value through optimising our information technology capabilities. Youll help PwC understand, plan for, and realise strategic business opportunities in information technology.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing needs by:

  • Working in a Network support role with multiple data centers, global operations and WAN connectivity;
  • Monitoring overall network performance and taking action to correct deficiencies;
  • Planning, implementing, monitoring and maintaining a data and voice network that consists of Routers, switches, firewalls, Load balancers, SDWAN, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, and GCP etc.), Wireless, Remote Access, Voice with Multiple OEM exposure etc;
  • Defining, evaluating, and implementing any design or configuration changes;
  • Installing, configuring, and supporting Network, Security and Voice infrastructure; and,
  • Working with new cutting-edge technologies including Cloud Services, SDWAN etc.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Setting up high availability Systems;
  • Having oral and written communication required to communicate complex technical concepts to team members and clients;
  • Helping the Network Operations Team to establish the stable operation of MSH network infrastructure; and,
  • Providing daily and ongoing management and oversight of implementation, installation, training, and service/support of mission critical network infrastructure in conjunction with the application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders as needed.
