    Q13 FOX, Tribune Media’s Seattle FOX affiliated TV station is looking for a creative and strategic leader to join our team! In this role you’ll coordinate the marketing planning and brand support areas of our award-winning Creative Services department. A large focus of this job will be on strategic planning to ensure all marketing opportunities are fully maximized through TV, digital and OOH media to support a variety of top-rated local news professional sports and entertainment content.

    Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do:

    • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Brand Manager to develop cross-platform action plans for the station’s short and long-term marketing priorities.
    • Maintain overall marketing roadmap documents and track progress across simultaneous timelines and campaigns.
    • Manage organic and paid digital media marketing campaigns for internal campaigns and external clients.
    • Coordinate outside media planning and execution, working with external vendors as needed to build robust plans.
    • Oversee on-air promotion inventory for news, sports, network and syndication to ensure all creative is up to date and representative of station marketing priorities.
    • Utilize research, ratings and other metrics to adjust media placement and optimize strategies to address performance of priority initiatives.
    • Supervise internal and external client services between content and sponsorship personnel.
    • Oversee event/grassroots activation and opportunities. Develop unique programs to grow traffic, increase awareness and position the brand positively.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications or digital media position.
    • Media industry experience a plus, but not required.
    • Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
    • Experience managing organic and paid digital media campaigns for businesses.
    • Experience developing media plans and media buying.
    • Must be organized, detail oriented and self-starting.
