A career in our Financial Market Information and Data Analytics practice, within Financial Services Solutions, will provide you the opportunity to use sophisticated models to value complex financial instruments and design strategies that reduce risk and maximise business opportunities for our clients. We help on a wide variety of financial and valuation issues, as well as develop and test financial models, model risk scenarios, validate expertise across various financial areas, and deliver comprehensive analytics addressing client finance issues.Our team is responsible for gathering and distributing market information that supports all sectors and lines of service. Our team provides automated technology solutions to complex problems by analysing, evaluating and testing client data.


As an Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
  • Prepare deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
  • Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

2 year(s) 

Required Knowledge and Skills: 
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success utilizing analytical thinking and individual initiative; cultivate teamwork dynamics through working as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback; demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks and communicating potential conflicts to team leader; identify and address client needs: build solid relationships with engagement teams; develop an awareness of Firm and MIDA services; approach internal clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner; deliver clear requests for information.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 
Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: 
- Financial industry terms and unique attributes pertaining to different asset types; 
- Market data providers, industry data points and tools available; and,
- Various MIDA tools and/or functions associated with development of proprietary applications available for engagement teams support.

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: 
- Utilizing Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, by preparing and analyzing client data; 
- Identifying and addressing client needs; 
- Prioritizing assigned tasks and working simultaneously on multiple priorities in order to meet client deadlines; and, 
- Interacting effectively in both written and verbal form by building solid relationships with clients and team members, communicating potential, conflicts to a supervisor, and approaching clients in an organized manner.
