A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. Youll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.Our team is led by the national administrative services team that oversees executive assistants and team assistants, administrative support concierge, dual support specialists, office services, document production, meeting and events, and project management. Youll help our team with calendar management, internal and external client scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, client or account research, report generation and review, and routine communication management.

The Market Administrative Management team assists with managing and leading the administrative support service delivery and development. They are responsible for understanding the administrative support needs of stakeholders in the office to consistently implement the national Administrative Services strategy, initiatives and/or guidelines in the local market.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Managing day-to -day service delivery of an administrative team of 20+ direct reports, including staff performance, utilization, cost management and customer satisfaction;
  • Driving accountability for administrative resources management (including headcount, revenue, overtime, and expenses);
  • Facilitating the delivery of high quality administrative support to partners and staff in the markets;
  • Assisting with the implementation of National Administrative Services strategy, initiatives/guidelines in the local market and leading pieces of strategy implementation;
  • Analyzing data and make recommendations for operational improvements;
  • Working in a team environment;
  • Managing people and projects efficiently and effectively; and,
  • Providing distinctive service in a cost effective manner and collaborating with Market leaders to drive consistency across the market.
