The Manager, Trade Marketing and Pricing, Institutional will be responsible for evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and customer programs for institutional products and government contracts. The postion will act as the interface between the Product Marketing and Sales Force teams to develop the customer specific programs and establish the pricing strategies for both in-line product and new product launch / relaunch opportunities for Tevas institutional generic portfolios and for government contracts. The position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pricing Administation to ensure effective implementation of decisions in compliance with internal and external requirements
ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Research and evaluate pricing and new product opportunity requests presented by customers or field force for institutional products and government programs. Work with Sales, Marketing, and Pricing Administration to implement price changes and communicate to customers. Ensure appropriate internal communications with Finance for appropriate accruals.
- Work closely with Director, Trade Marketing and Pricing in establishing institutional and government customer bid strategies. Direct and coordinate the customer bid process including appropriate internal analytics. Ensure appropriate implementation and communication with customers in collaboration with Pricing Administration, where necessary.
- Work closely with Director, Trade Marketing and Pricing to develop customer specific growth programs and pricing for the in-line institutional and government business, working with the Sales, Marketing, and Contracts groups, to attain pre awards for new products and grow Tevas overall business.
- Develop pricing strategies for Tevas institutional generic portfolio working with Product Operations to capture new product opportunities for new product launches and in-line products. Facilitate the Life Cycle Management process from a pricing perspective for institutional products including analytical support and implementation of LCM pricing strategies (e.g., WAC decreases, indirect contract pricing optimization, price increases, etc.) in collaboration with Director, Trade Marketing and Pricing and VP, Pricing Operations. Provide feedback, support development of analytical capabilities, and implement department processes relative to new and disruptive business models in collaboration with Director, Trade Marketing and Pricing.
Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree Required. Preferred concentration in Business, Science, Finance, or related field, or a minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Masters in Business Administration preferred
- 4 years analytical experience
- 4 years in pricing, sales, marketing and/or finance in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Microsoft Access and SAP BI experience is preferred.

- Self-motivated and highly analytical
- Collaborative with ability to work across multiple levels of the organization
- Organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment
