Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Global Records & Information Management the Manager, Global Records & Information Management, is responsible for providing support and leading development efforts of the Teva Global Records & Information Management (RIM) Program. This role will address the governance, administration, and management of enterprise-wide RIM program components. Furthermore, the role will collaborate and builds strong cooperative partnerships within all areas of the business regarding records management.
Lead the design, implementation, governance, and compliance of TEVAs Global RIM programs and initiatives.
Manage and lead the planning, development, administration, and governance of RIM policies and procedures designed to facilitate efficient and effective full lifecycle management of records and other information.
Responsibilities include enhancing or developing controls in support of the Teva Global RIM Program:
- Policies and procedures
- Retention Schedule Management
- Electronic Records Management
- Records Destruction
- RIM Training Programs
- Business Unit RIM support and guidance
- RIM Program Monitoring
Qualifications
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Library and Information Systems, Information Technology, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or related discipline
Minimum of 8 years related experience including 4 years of experience managing the design, development, implementation and governance of a global records and information management program.
