Position Purpose:

The Manager, Online Analytics - Category and Brand Experience will be responsible for defining and leading the implementation of a best-in-class ticketing system, data tracking, and insights for category and brand experiences on homedepot.com. The associate will evaluate requirements and define and implements processes, systems, and tooling that enable a deep understanding and analysis of content and data and optimize the efficiency of the digital data for products and experiences on homedepot.com. They will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage and execute projects and meet the deadlines, budget and strategic objectives of the team and the organization. 

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • 30% Manages the execution of complex special programs that typically involve business to business customers and internal functions.
  • 20% Creates and implements processes to optimize the efficiency of product data collection. Enrolls internal functions and external partners in the development of work flow procedures and the ongoing monitoring and improvement of those procedures.
  • 10% Collaborates with internal (marketing, merchandising, IT) and external (agencies, 3rd party vendors, Merchandise Suppliers) customers to develop processes and programs to drive timely execution of product data collection for homedepot.com
  • 30% Coordinates and leads all internal functions in the execution projects. Responsible for external resource management. Manages outside vendors to ensure execution of programs and tactics on time and within budget. Manages projects and the allotment of money to meet budgetary and segment goals.
  • 10% Trouble shoot and problem solve for ongoing operational needs as they arise.
    Nature and Scope:
    Reports to Senior Manager
    Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. In addition to personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.

    For Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City residents: The pay range for this position is between $85,000 and $145,000.  Starting salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. The Home Depot offers additional competitive financial and non-financial benefits, which may include a performance-based bonus program or a profit sharing program depending on position.

    Environmental Job Requirements:
    Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

    Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
