Job Description

This position reports to the Director, Gross to Net Forecasting. The individual will interact with business partners in Accounting, Pricing & Contracting, and Market Access. The position requires a high degree of financial modeling and analysis, with an emphasis on expense forecasting and reporting.  This role will also prepare Gross to Net reporting for management review meetings.  This role will develop to be more involved with preparing and presenting Gross to Net deductions within the business context. The position also requires coordination and cooperation with several groups in order to meet tight deadlines. 

Major duties and responsibilities required to achieve the positions objectives and be successful in the Manager, Finance - F, P&A  role:

•  Partner with stakeholders to effectively forecast and track expenses for the US market access and revenue optimization and contract compliance cost centers.
•  Actively participate in monthly closings, quarterly forecasts, and annual and long Range Plan preparation.
•  Prepare reports for actual and forecasted results
•  Partner with Revenue Accounting to fully support rebate reserves and pipeline calculations.

Qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3 + years in financial support within the pharmaceutical or related industry, with responsibility of evaluating Net Revenue or FP&A
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Hyperion Planning a plus
• Knowledge of SAP and BI a plus
