Job Summary

The Department of Management in the Gatton College of Business and Economics seeks to fill a full-time, non-tenure track, Lecturer position, beginning in the Fall, 2020. Contract is for two years and renewable. The successful candidate will have significant experience in industry as a high-level Human Resources executive including large scale organizational change initiatives, along with appropriate educational credentials such as an MBA or PhD in Human Resource Management. The position could be described as an Executive in Residence and would entail teaching Master’s level courses, helping develop graduate programs in HR, developing corporate partnerships, assisting with RFP responses for custom training, and providing executive training in HR. In addition, this individual would also assist in student success initiatives such as identifying internship and job pipelines and supporting professional development opportunities for students.
