In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Demonstrate data-driven problem solving and program leadership skills;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in product and program management, program management, and product/program launch experience;
  • Leverage business development skills such as client relationship management and leading and contributing to client proposals;
  • Manage and deliver a number of large-scale projects, demonstrate ownership of tech, data, and API catalog and architecture designs, and manage change;
  • Define intelligent ETL services, reduce time to extract, and transform and load data services with ML technologies;
  • Define and develop centralized the data system ETL services program across the company and prioritize data integration based on product and customer priorities and needs;
  • Communicate project findings orally and visually, to both technical and executive audiences;
  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff;
  • Lead, train, and work with other TPMs, data engineers, and data scientists in designing Intelligent ETL services;
  • Utilize API and ML approaches for data integration, data cataloging, and classification taking into consideration performance and scalability for large datasets; and,
  • Provide data integration and API solutions for complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Demonstrating fluency in ETL and API approaches and commercially available solutions;
  • Developing end to end deep learning solutions for structured and unstructured data problems;
  • Developing and deploying A.I. solutions as part of a larger automation pipeline;
  • Understanding of not only how to develop data science analytic models but how to operationalize these models so they can run in an automated context; and,
  • Being familiar with common cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP in addition to their respective utilities for data integrations, data classification, and other services.
