Better starts and ends with the customer

Working as integral member of the UK and Ireland Key Account team working alongside the Network Development Manager, well look to you to support the initial agent location ramp up for the UK Post Office Limited. Youll help to execute the plan, ensuring set up and ongoing management of analytical reporting and key performance indicators of the field-based Network Development team delivering the successful launch and successful growth as well as management of other UK Ire Key Network Accounts. Youll support in administration of the accounts by dealing with follow up items from the field-based network development team and assist in new account set ups or changes and deletions, and manage challenges such as IT issues with agents and training where required. Using your strong presentational and analytical skills youll review data and Key Performance Indicators to prepare and present reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.

To be successful in this position it is essential you have a full clean UK driving license, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure successfully managing a diverse and demanding workload. Youll need to have strong organization skills, be and be competent as building great internal and external relationships with key stakeholders cross functionally to contribute to the delivery targets. You must be prepared to work in the field and travel away from home if requested by the Business.
