Job Summary | This is a remote work opportunity. Work location is not limited to a particular city or state. The Center for Innovation in Population Health is seeking a Web Support Specialist to provide user support to users of the TCOM training website and the eCANS website via email and phone. Responsibilities include establish and foster relationships with third party software companies; providing user support via phone and email; communicating with other distance learning team members with important updates concerning users and website issues; and assisting users and third party software companies with software questions and problem resolution. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. |
