Job Description

Our growing Consumer Markets industry team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. This industry vertical team includes Consumer Products, Retail, Travel andTransportation clients.

This high performing team helps clients define their

information strategy, architecture and governance, get the most value from business intelligence and analytics, and implement enterprise content and data management solutions to enable business insights, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust and integrity, and improve operational effectiveness.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 7

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science field of study

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and end-user interaction; understands and documents business and functional requirements for complex projects, manages technical teams across the full SDLC, including:
- Leading Applications Strategy and Integration engagements in a consulting services organization emphasizing Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Transformation and IT Systems Implementation.
- Providing thought leadership when applying methodologies and managing architectural project elements.
- Designing and delivering innovative solutions from concept through implementation in a complex environment, including proven success in an Architect role.
- Leading teams to envision and prioritize requirements, creating implementation road maps and providing technology and architecture recommendations.
- Managing and overseeing of all technical issues for the assigned work streams and/or projects, including quality assurance of deliverables
- Leading teams and stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements and related project reporting.
- Understanding extensively the common issues facing clients in one or more of the following sectors: Entertainment, Media & Communications, Private Equity, and Technology.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities with managing engagements
staying educated on current trends and assisting in the development of knowledge capital, contributing to project planning, engagement administration, budget management, and completion of engagement workstreams. as well as the following areas:
- Identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
- As a team member, understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment; proactively seeking and providing guidance, clarification and, feedback to less experienced staff.
- Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including presenting to senior executives, developing lasting relationships, and communicating potential conflicts.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data.
- Collaborating with business development teams that write and present proposals to prospective clients.
- Displaying the ability to contribute to the development of a business vision while identifying and addressing client needs
- Leveraging integration concepts and standards, including the industry standard integration product: MuleSoft ESB; Security requirements, web services, SOA, ESB, design patterns, multi-threaded systems, EDI tools, automated unit testing, emerging technologies, and, application development, testing and programming techniques/languages.
- performing in technology environments that include Java, J2EE, Mobility Technologies, ASP, .NET, C Sharp, WS*, MQ, Adapter framework, Database building and Management: Oracle, SQL server, DB2, SQL, PL/SQL, JDBC, Struts and Strings framework, BPM/BRE Tools
- WSI*, MQ, Adapter Framework, Mapping and Workflow Tools, Application Servers such as Websphere, Weblogic, and RUP,
- Governance Designs, Pegasystems, Lombardi, Oracle BPEL, Jrules, BonitaSoft, JBosee, BRE.
