Our Application & Emerging Technology Group offers an end to end solution- Application Architecture, development & Integration, custom IoT and mobile solutions. You will work with highly complex and integrated systems which are hosted on cloud, on-premise and hybrid models using various types of technologies and integration frameworks and ESB products such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM, etc., and advise on the software development life-cycle (e.g., Agile, Waterfall-based, and bi-modal).

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates extensive level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including:

  • Leading large enterprise integration engagements in a consulting services organization emphasizing Enterprise Integration Architecture, Business Process Transformation and IT Systems Implementation;
  • Providing thought leadership when applying methodologies and managing architectural project elements;
  • Designing and delivering innovative solutions from concept through implementation in a complex environment, including proven success in an Architect role;
  • Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts at executive level through individual team member of both business and technical disciplines;
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data;
  • Leading a key workstream in an engagement(s), staying educated on current trends and assisting in the development of knowledge capital;
  • Collaborating and leading business development teams responsible for writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients; and,
  • Managing project planning, engagement administration, budget management, and successful completion of engagement workstream(s).

Demonstrates extensive level-abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including:

  • Identifying and demonstrating problem solving capabilities demonstrated by a thorough ability to debug and troubleshoot complex software orchestrations and identify solution options and/or alternatives;
  • Scoping and estimating project tasks, as well as managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Designing and building integration between multiple on premises and/or cloud hosted systems;
  • Creating secure, scalable and manageable designs and implement enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies, utilizing MuleSoft product suite;
  • Implementing MuleSoft with Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio and Mule API Management;
  • Performing the role of a MuleSoft specialist and review and suggest improvements to existing architecture and systems;
  • Providing thought leadership, authoring white papers, creating knowledge and intellectual capital and participating in conferences;
  • Creating design and development industry leading practices of MuleSoft technology by developing reusable product extensions and by writing knowledge articles;
  • Working experience with multiple commercial integration systems (e.g. Tibco, Biztalk, IBM, Boomi, WebMethods, Oracle ESB);
  • Influencing technology direction and incorporate it into Business roadmap;
  • Providing strategy for prioritizing integrations in complex enterprise environment;
  • Implementing security standards related to Enterprise Integration;
  • Understanding and Implementing Enterprise Integration patterns including concepts such as Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms;
  • Working knowledge of XML-related technologies (e.g., XML, DTD, XML Schema, XSLT, XQuery, XPath);
  • Integrating using JMS, WS-*, SOA/Integration, SOAP, REST services and API Management technologies and standards;
  • Working with complex integrations in a microservices based environment;
  • Working in fast-paced agile focused enterprise teams and working knowledge of multiple development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall); and,
  • Working with major public cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
