As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

PwC New Ventures is a SaaS incubator with an active portfolio of products addressing finance, risk & regulatory and workforce needs for companies of all sizes. The Inside Sales Manager leads our insides sales program, hiring our Inside Sales team, managing their professional development, setting goals, producing sales reports and leading monthly forecasting. 6 year(s) with 3-4 years direct inside sales management experience

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate abilities, with a proven record of success in customer-facing, deal-closing roles emphasizing the following areas:

  • Recruiting, training, managing and retaining a team of 10-15 inside sales reps from the ground up, created to drive demand and revenues for a portfolio of SMB products;
  • Developing and operationalizing a high velocity sales process that is optimized for quick and predictable sales cycle and high rates of conversion;
  • Reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly on sales and operational metrics utilizing Salesforce.com;
  • Motivating, providing feedback and ongoing coaching to the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales commitments;
  • Developing, implementing and overseeing activities/processes required to drive sales performance;
  • Collaborating with marketing to establish a consistent and healthy pipeline from multiple sources;
  • Creating and implementing a sales strategy to achieve revenue and account growth goals for a portfolio of products focused on the SMB market;
  • Assisting in sales presentations and online demonstrations of our products, if required to close;
  • Formulating inside sales policies, procedures and promotional ideas;
  • Establishing operational excellence in all areas of responsibility;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in product, marketing, finance, operations, etc. to create an industry leading experience for our customers during their buying cycle and as a customer;
  • Creating transparency of performance in this new sales channel across the executive leadership team;
  • Understanding cross functional collaboration and tactics to drive digital direct revenues;
  • Demonstrating prior experience managing high velocity sales teams, start-up or environment where there is a large evolving group of stakeholders;
  • Working in a teaming environment, building professional relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Thriving in a fast-paced matrixed organization, working with a sense of urgency and being agile in an ever-changing environment;
  • Being Goal oriented, highly self-motivated, independent, and enjoys challenging and dynamic work environment;
  • Promoting company goals and ideals to customers, channel partners and the market in general;
  • Demonstrating organizational, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrating ability to set priorities and manage time effectively;
  • Listening, understanding, questioning and translating information into a value proposition for the customer; and,
  • Using technical tools such as Salesforce.com, MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google suite including Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
