Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Technical Infrastructure and Transformation team assists PwC with information technology transformation efforts, helping us to improve our business value through optimising our information technology capabilities. Youll help PwC understand, plan for, and realise strategic business opportunities in information technology.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required:
High School Diploma

Minimum Years of Experience:
4 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT infrastructure standards and transformation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree

Preferred Fields of Study:
Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Systems Engineering

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success within a professional business services environment, including the following areas:

  • Understanding Microsoft Cloud collaboration platforms including Azure, PowerPlatform, and Office;
  • Administrating systems, open source software methodologies, infrastructure operations, service management principles, Windows server and desktop administration;
  • Managing file systems including Software installations, applying OS patches, performance monitoring;
  • Working collaboratively to provide design guidance services to sourcing vendor for specific projects that follows the enterprise architecture vision and adheres to applicable application technology roadmaps and standards;
  • Understanding and mitigating the impact of technical design to security, performance and data privacy;
  • Communicating effectively at different levels within and outside the organization, leadership/management, business stakeholders, software vendors and sourcing suppliers; and,
  • Providing thought leadership on use of specific application technology for innovation and/or cost reduction.
