Implementation Consultant - Global View & Celergo

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in Global My View Portal team as Implementation and/or Support consultant.
  • Prepare Self-Service business blueprint, functional specification, and portal configuration handbooks
  • Responsible for all HR Self-Service Portal configuration and deliverables.
  • Lead and/or support cutover preparation, go-live activities and hypercare support
  • Understand the client needs and implement our template solutions in accordance with requirement
  • Maintain UpToDate knowledge on ADP GlobalView template and ensure the template is adhered
  • Work in collaboration with BASIS, Celergo, EeTime consultants, Application Support, Product teams for any cross functional issues to ensure clients receive highest levels of client service.
  • Contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions
  • Willingness to stretch to beyond working hours as per need to deliver solutions
  • Work closely with Product teams for prioritizing the existing bugs, enhancements
  • Adhere to defined timelines, SLAs to create positive client experience

 

Required Skills and Competence:

 

  • Good understanding on User management process and its Integrated systems for authentication layer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Very Good problem solving and decision making
  • Ability to resolve issues and seek alternative solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals.
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt with a continuously changing environment.
  • Be able to think, communicate and present information effectively

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • 4 to 8 years of work experience with at least 3 years of extensive client interfacing

and exposure in Client Services environment
