As an HR Analytics Analyst, you will work with a team responsible for supporting The Home Depot's business strategies with better, faster workforce decisions informed by data. 

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
This role will focus on providing reporting and analysis from our DB2 data structures to support all HR reporting needs:

• Develop SQL queries and reports

• Schedule and run recurring reports

• Automate manual processes

• Design and develop procs to populate metric tables (for use in analytics)

• Participate/support migration from Tesseract to Workday (as needed)

  NATURE AND SCOPE
  Typically reports to Manager of HR Analytics
  No associates report to this role on a permanent basis.

  ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
  Environment:
  Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  
  Travel:
  Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
