Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree

Minimum Years Experience Required: 5(yrs)

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Degree: MBA or relevant Master Degree

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

Technical Experience:
- Enterprise Architecture
- Prior Software Development Experience and/or Leading software delivery programs
- Knowledge of Core Healthcare Payer Platforms
- Knowledge of Enterprise SaaS applications commonly used within Healthcare Payer environments
- Integration Patterns: APIs, File Feeds, Batch Jobs, Healthcare EDI (837, 835, 834, etc)
- Integration Platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, APIGee, etc)
- Agile/Waterfall/XP Development Methodologies
IT Strategy Project Skills:
- Application Rationalization
- Vendor Selection
- Capability Assessment
- IT Cost Reduction
- Emerging Tech Strategy (across ML, Automation, Blockchain, IoT, Voice UI) and applicable uses in the Healthcare Payer environment
- IT Effectiveness Measures across Project Portfolio
-Understanding of IT and Business OperatingModel
Core Consulting Skills:
- Building Relationships with IT Executives (inc. CIOs and IT VPs) at Payers
- Mentoring and Teaching Staff Payer Technology Fundamentals
- Leading proposals and sales efforts
- Managing Engagement Team Deliverables
- Effective verbal and written communication
