Position Description:

Position Purpose: The HDDC Order Management Supervisor will supervise a team of HDDC Customer Order Specialists (COS) and Logistics Associates. They will ensure their team is delivering the highest quality service to clients. The team will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of comprehensive standards are maintained in the after sale process. They will be responsible for their directs regarding performance appraisal, professional development, and disciplinary actions. The Order Management Supervisor must possess strong communication and follow-up skills and is responsible for managing their team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of customer satisfaction possible through project completion.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: People - 50%: Supervises a team of COS and Logistics associates through hands-on leadership - Reviews and provides constructive feedback - Inspires his or her team to have a high level of engagement and performance Conducts weekly stand-up meetings to discuss project and process updates May need to Open and/or Close the facility as acting MOD Properly onboards new associates Encourages team members to continuously develop their personal and professional skills in their areas of expertise May act as Key Carrying Manager on Duty (MOD) 40% - Process: Proactively identify and resolves issues that may impair the team's ability to meet customer needs. Ensure the team responds to Service Provider/Vendor calls, emails and other communications in a timely manner Maintain open lines of communication within the HDDC to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction Review disposition and notes to confirm the appropriate Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and Return To Vendor (RTV) key rec procedures are followed Monitors reporting and supervises associates on making the appropriate behavioral changes to positively impact sales - Provide on-site leadership for project, as needed Proactively identify and resolves issues that may impair the team's ability to meet customer needs Partner with delivery and install team to ensure customer receives product with high level of satisfaction Make recommendations to upper management to improve strategy, for all after sales processes Teaches and encourages best practices with his or her directs and the department as a whole 10% - Self-Development: Routinely develops skills in related areas of expertise Proactively seeks knowledge on all products and services

Nature and Scope: This position reports to the Operations Manager. T his position has up to 12 direct reports.

Environmental Job Requirements: Environment:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: 1. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Standard Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. M ust be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required: 8. The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Work Experience Required: 0 Minimum Age Override: 18

Certifications & Licenses:

Physical Requirements: 2. Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).

Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of Supervising teams of associates A bility to work in a fast-paced environment A bility to work independently and with a team W orking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite E xcellent written and verbal communication skills
