Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Global Partner Affairs supports Network Leadership and the Global Board in matters dealing with partners in network leadership roles and human capital matters for staff reporting to them.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and/or proven record of success, in leveraging advanced functionality for analyzing and manipulating data, including the following:

  • Utilizing excel, including using and applying advanced chart features;
  • Creating and manipulating PivotTables and PivotCharts (i.e. custom formulas, calculated field/items);
  • Creating and manipulating macros, complex logical functions (i.e. IF, AND, COUNTIF);
  • Performing data summary tasks (i.e. VLOOKUP, data parsing, array formulas, Nested IF functions);
  • Managing and completing projects by deliverable dates i.e. leadership development experience activities, global talent acquisition support and coordination, workday functional groups related actions;
  • Contributing to team goals, which include but are not limited to, meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements;
  • Communicating effectively and delivering excellent customer service; and,
  • Working with leaders to leverage knowledge into actionable tasks.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of successin Human Resources strategy development and implementation in the following areas:

  • HR policy interpretation;
  • Coaching and development;
  • Talent management;
  • Performance management;
  • Employee relations; and
  • Has latitude to make many decisions and solve problems independently.
