Shift | The WRFL GA for Events and Marketing will be expected to work an average of 20 hours a week through the Summer, Fall, and Spring Terms. Due to the nature of working with students, work hours will include days, nights, and weekends as dictated by the organization and department’s needs. |
Job Summary | The Graduate Assistant (GA) for WRFL Events and Marketing will work with WRFL’s Advisor (a full-time professional staff member) while coaching WRFL student leaders in the planning and facilitation of concerts and other events aimed at promoting the WRFL brand to the University of Kentucky and Lexington communities. In addition, this position will involve helping students develop and execute marketing strategies beyond event planning toward the promotion of the WRFL brand to the station’s listening audience.
