Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Some after hours and weekends as needed for special events.
Job Summary
The GME Program Coordinator, under the direct supervision of the GME Director, and in coordination with specialty Program Directors, and in consultation and regular collaboration with the DIO or their designee, is responsible for managing the daily administrative activities of the Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism fellowship program as outlined in the ACGME Institutional, Common Program and Specialty Program Guidelines for Graduate Medical Education. In addition, this position, under the direction of the GME Office, will provide program coordination support as needed to GME programs for coordinator effort during transitions in staffing.

This position has a hybrid remote work arrangement and will work at various sites in Lexington.

Preferred Education/Experience
An Associate’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in complex administrative role, or 3 years in GME residency management will be considered.
