Youll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.Our Project Management and Implementation team works with leaders in the learning and development organisation to effectively translate line of service and/or business unit priorities and strategies into learning solutions. Youll be helping the team with the creation, design, development and implementation of customised learning solutions.

The Global Learning & Development Team is an integral part of the broader Global HC Team serving the needs of the territories and global Lines of Service.

In addition to working with members of the Global L&D Team the role requires working with other key stakeholders including territory and regional L&D teams, representatives from the global Lines of Service, external third party content providers and offshore service delivery teams.

  • Implementing Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience, preferably with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and Vantage HQ for in-house candidates;
  • Showcasing familiarity with PwCs global learning platform or Vantage for in-house candidates;
  • Highlighting knowledge of learner assessment & testing methodology and tools;
  • Highlighting knowledge of learning evaluation methodology and tools;
  • Understanding of data analytics and how it can be applied to learning;
  • Understanding digital learning authoring tools and the life-cycle for developing and delivering digital learning;
  • Driving ability to independently identify opportunities to improve or reengineer processes in order to provide a better customer service experience;
  • Using agile project management techniques;
  • Implementing design thinking skills and experiences, such as persona development, journey mapping, and prototyping;
  • Showcasing data visualization skills using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI;
  • Implementing graphic design skills and ability to create high quality visual aids in support of communication;
  • Showing interest in current and emerging learning technology trends;
  • Exhibiting knowledge of how PwC works as a network of firms;
  • Working in support of the priority projects and servicing the team;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Supporting communication activities including responding to requests for information, triaging initial issues where needed, resolving where possible and escalating when required;
  • Maintaining and enhancing guidance and support documentation for our clients and stakeholders by utilizing Spark and Google;
  • Providing functional support for the technology systems and applications such as Vantage, Attend, Gomo, Vyond and Storyline;
  • Generating and monitoring data on key metrics;
  • Scheduling and contributing to meetings, producing the outputs and records from meetings, and tracking and monitoring completion of agreed actions or deliverables; and,
  • Contributing to other activities as requested such as undertaking research, organizing workshops and contributing to systems testing.
