Position Purpose

Are you a high energy and results-oriented individual who finds advanced web analytics

and e-commerce exciting? You’re in luck! We have an incredible

opportunity for a Senior Manager, Web Analytics and Optimization who will provide

actionable insights to drive sales across Blinds.com. Love e-commerce web

analytics? Check. Quantitative data analysis? Check. Reporting and data

visualization? Check. Deep actionable insights, algorithm design and advanced test

plan design and analysis? Check check & check. But wait there’s more. You will be

responsible for encouraging adoption of web-analytics, multi-platform thought

leadership, and for working with the website technology team closely to identify

gaps in the data capture strategy to collaboratively implement enhancements.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

30%-Planning, modeling, and reporting for digital activity optimization across:

device, location and context, functionality, shopping experience, merchandising,

navigation and conversion paths, AOV, basket size, and funnel behaviors.

 

20%-Ability to effectively foster business relationships across teams to develop a

good view of how the business operates so that digital analytical results can be

framed in a business context.

 

20%-Work with the web development team to review analytics and marketing

automation tools for web changes, test new site features, and support initiatives

that ensure data quality. Continually adopt and share industry best practices.

 

10%-Lead driving core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute

multivariate or A/B/C tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site

experience.

 

10%-Lead creation and completion of multivariate and A/B/C testing documents

(from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics)

and post-test analysis.

 

10%-Coordination of tags, tracking parameter implementations.
