Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 20%- Take business requirements and develop the total technical design for assigned mid-sized projects.
- 20%- Apply working knowledge of Databases in order to ensure proper usage as part of the design efforts in building a system to be put into production.
- 20%- Follow the established processes, policies, standards and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards.
- 20%- Conduct appropriate test reviews on assigned projects as necessary. Present findings and offer solutions to management.
- 10%- Participate in daily stand-up, bi-weekly iteration planning and other as-needed face-to-face, audio- and/or video-teleconferencing sessions.
- 10%- Write clean code with good nomenclature, sensible unit, integration, and acceptance tests, and comments when necessary.
Nature and Scope:- This position will report to the Manager of Software Development.
- This position has no direct reports.

Environment:
1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
