Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Must be available Mondays from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM.

Serve as front desk assistant by checking students in for appointments, helping make appointments, using Handshake platform, answering and routing phones, e-mails, and other in-person inquiries, providing excellent service, and working as a team member with other staff. Assist Office Manager/supervisor.
