Job Summary | Biology undergraduate administrative support role which includes: courses scheduling coordination, syllabi collection, webpage updates, textbook coordination, scholarship coordination, TCE coordination, giving course overrides, coordinating student visits, ordering supplies, room scheduling, coordinating events, front desk support, mail distribution, keeping copy room and kitchen organized, answering phones, assisting with proctor schedule. |
