As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Train and lead staff on Agile best practices

  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

  • Provide demonstrations to clients throughout the entire project life-cycle

  • Provide technical leadership on project related tasks leveraging PwC tools, templates & methodologies and ensuring delivery dates are met

  • Contribute to PwCs Agile/SDLC practice by developing reusable product extensions and by writing knowledge articles based on project experience

  • Help prioritize workload and determine trade-offs of scope and budget

Job Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required:

A minimum of a BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field is preferred


Minimum Years of Experience:
3 year(s)

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and abilities in the Application and Emerging Technology field including but not limited to:

  • Experience in design, development, and implementation of Agile transformation strategy

  • Experience in the use of scaling methods such as SAFe, LESS, or industry equivalents

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills


Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in current technology applications and project management skills including but not limited to:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Establish and promote organizational Agile delivery methodology

  • Actively partner with Product, Design, and Technology stakeholders to align solutions with program objectives within an Agile delivery culture

  • Apply complex facilitation and dependency management techniques to drive cross-program and departmental planning, collaboration and coordination

  • Facilitate full transparency and accountability by leading active communication

  • Build a culture of delivery excellent internally and externally

  • Prior software consulting experience, ideally in Agile/SDLC

  • Project Management skills (Risk Management, Scope Management, Change Control, etc.)

  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Certified SAFE Agilist, Certified or Professional Scrum Trainer (CST, PST), or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
