Job Summary | UK Healthcare IT is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform entry level tasks in support of the end user computing environment. Primary duties include tasks such as installing hardware and applications, performing rounds to proactively identify problems, and basic project task work. Microsoft MTA: IT Infrastructure or CompTIA A+ certifications are required within one year of hire date. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support; MacOS Experience; troubleshooting experience on various computing devices including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephones, etc. Microsoft MTA: IT Infrastructure. Certifications are required within one year of hire date. |

Preferred Education/Experience | Associates Degree preferred. Requires specialized/technical knowledge and skills such as drafting, reading and understanding electrical schematics, computer operations, ready and understanding technical manuals preferred. |
