Enterprise eTime Implementation Manager - HRIS/HR Systems

This role can be based in Jacksonville, Florida OR Alpharetta, Atlanta Metro Area Georgia.  It will work remotely in these areas to start then eventually shift to an in office role later.  Candidates must be in Jacksonville or the Atlanta Metro area to be considered and/or willing to relocate there.

ADP is hiring a Global Operations Manager. In this position; you'll join a team of professionals who are responsible for ensuring our customers' journey as they embark on a global workforce management implementation is the best it can be. You will be responsible for leading all internal project execution activities covering sales, Project Initiation, Resource Management, Billing and financial analysis.

Sales Support

  • Support with pricing
  • Attend sales to implementation handover meetings, gather all the input material to then create a central repository per client
  • Work with regional managers and the resource management team to ensure required staffing is in place


Management of Hardware, Licenses and Clocks

  • Ensure processes are clearly documented and the organization is trained in executing the process
  • Manage exceptions in a timely manner to ensure project commitments are met
  • Ensure clear guidance to sales on types of licenses, clocks and accessories
  • Establish deep relationships within different ADP business units that play a part in the process


 Financial & Operational Reporting

  • Facilitate the financial forecasting process and ensure accuracy of reporting (cost by project, capacity planning...)
  • In liaison with Project Managers and resource manager ensure forecast effort by project is managed within PlanView
  • Performs periodic communications to associates targeting key areas where data is not accurate or timely
  • Support proactive financial reporting
  • Maintain cost deferment report - highlight main projects where costs cannot be deferred
  • Ensure report accuracy and delivery according to the agreed audience and distribution schedule


  Client Billing

  • Responsible for accurate and timely billing of implementation and recurring revenue in line with the contract
  • Maintain regional financial dashboards

  • Ability to understand and gain knowledge and application of key processes with a view to improving them

Reporting line:

  •  Reports to EeT Sn Director for Implementation
  • Works closely with Implementation Directors, Project Managers and implementation managers
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a global operations manager role, with focus in business process improvement, analysis, and mapping within a project delivery, global workforce management, or HRIS professional services environment
  • 5+ years' experience working in a global and matrixed environment
  • 3+ years of experience working within HCM or HRIS solutions delivery organization
  • Extensive experience with database management, analysis and reporting
  • Experience with PlanView, MS Office; MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own time when working with global partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate among a wide variety of solutions, to win support for ideas and initiatives,
    to prioritize activities on a daily basis to accomplish project goals effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Exceptional organization, planning and scheduling skills
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of project methodologies
  • University degree or comparable experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Time and Attendance solutions, in a consultative, client facing and project delivery capacity. Such as Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, Solutions Consultant, ect
  • Prior people leadership experience is preferred
  • Masters Degree Preferred
