Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Operations Support team monitors the overall quality of our service. As a part of the team, youll be the primary contact for ensuring the quality of our services is maintained while also considering better ways to provide the same service in a more cost efficient manner and keeping customer satisfaction with our services high.

This role is responsible for customer facing technology in our offices across the US, including AV, multimedia and printer equipment. This role will establish vulnerabilities are remediated/patching is timely by IT teams, that equipment documentation is current, timely upgrades are done, and proper software licensing is maintained.

Job Requirements and Preferences: 

Basic Qualifications: 

Minimum Degree Required: 
High School Diploma

Minimum Years of Experience: 
4 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT operations quality control, process improvement, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Degree Preferred: 
Bachelor Degree

Preferred Fields of Study: 
Information Technology, Engineering

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in leveraging and utilizing the principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing IT Infrastructure, including the following areas:

  • Managing vendors and working in complex technical environments across multiple teams; 
  • Understanding of enterprise network security and patching;
  • Overseeing IT equipment across a large number of geographic locations; 
  • Managing and keeping documentation of IT equipment current in an ITSM system and establishing software license compliance and technology is kept up to date; and,
  • Overseeing IT equipment software patching process and compliance with change management controls.
