Based in either Barcelona (Spain) or Chertsey (UK) the remit is to activate programmes and campaigns to create both telemarketing demand generation and inside sales direct selling opportunities. Ultimately this role is the connection between marketing and sales to drive growth across ADP\u0027s EMEA countries. Although this role will operate across multiple countries in EMEA the business language of ADP is English and the requirement for fluent English is essential. But speaking the language of demand is just as important, as is a real hunger to have a measured impact on a global business like ADP. You will have a strong track record across the B2B marketing mix and be expert in bringing together different groups of people to deliver growth in both the SMB and mid-market through direct phone sales and tele-based demand generation.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EYou will be a skilled project and process manager, yet eager to roll up your sleeves and get things done and done quickly. Working with our marketing automation, digital and field teams you will be expected to gather and interpret industry and client data points to efficiently build clear go to market plans. This role will work with the brand and content team to interpret brand-level campaigns, and their language, in order to utilize this content at a transactional level in the markets we target.
