We are looking for an expert Digital Manager to drive growth of our new product brands through Staples e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate possesses superb business judgment, excellent communication skills and a track record of successful project management, site analytics, and e-commerce activation. Enthusiasm for growing new brands is a must!

**Position Summary:**

The Manager of Product Brands Digital Management has a critical role within the Product Brands organization. Their primary focus is to drive the Product Brands digital strategy and identify/improve/optimize the overall customer experience for the Product Brands assortment within the Staples.com/Staples Advantage platforms. Reporting to the Director of Market Strategy & Planning, this position requires working closely with Digital Merchants to identify opportunities where Product Brands can attain prime site real estate alongside national brands. Strong partnerships with key Product Brand, Marketing and Merchandising stakeholders are required.

**Primary responsibilities:**

Cross Functional Activities Include:

+ For Staples.com: evaluate site merchandising enhancements, owned media share, promotional placement, launch/transition support

+ Bi-Weekly Commercial Plan engagement with Sales Leadership

+ Continue to advocate for and govern all Product Brands activation executions across all channels. Increased site placement across platforms

Governance Responsibilities Include:

+ Digital rebranding oversight for new campaigns

+ Continue to Monitor Key Sales Driving tactics vs National Brands: Homepage & Campaign Placement, and Search Results

+ Provide digital asset brief guidance for channel partners

+ Coordinate digital creative briefs with agency partner

Focus Areas of Digital Analysis:

+ Capture placement count within online digital campaigns understand where Product Brands assortment is captured within key marketing initiatives with highest traffic

+ Contribute to the Staples.com basket builder sampling initiative. Manage to timelines, key milestones; implement reporting dashboard

+ Finalize and deploy analytical approach to evaluating Product Brands Digital Performance on key initiatives: Traffic, Sales, Conversion & Margin.

**Qualifications :**


+ Minimum Bachelor's degree required.

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in an e-commerce environment.

+ Excellent leadership skills.

+ Desire to work as an individual contributor.

+ Strong project management skills.

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to build strong relationships within the Staples organization.

+ Ability to work across the Staples organization to lead the implementation of key projects.

+ Ability to work well in a group and motivate team members.
