What You'll Do

Sell Like a Boss
  • Your portfolio will be the full suite of ADP products

Deliver Results
  • Some leads will be passed from our marketing team but we need candidates who can generation new business leads from cold calling, networking, referrals etc!Leads will be passed from marketing but the expectation will be that, by a combination of networking, cross-selling, upselling and cold-calling you will generate further new business leads yourself.

  • Not just hit your target but... overachieve it!

What You Need To Do The Job

  • 12 months sales experience
  • Aspire to be an overachiever
  • New business mindset
  • A great attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Competitive nature - a need to be the best!
  • Minimum A level or Degree education

Skills And Knowledge

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills across all functions and levels of the organisation.
  • Proven track record of remote selling - Via telephone and video link
  • Demonstrable ability around The Challenger Sales Model and strong territory account planning
  • Self motivated, able to demonstrate initiative and drive
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Demonstrable analysis and problem solving ability
  • Strategic and commercial awareness
  • Ability to influence and impact
  • Proven teamwork and co-operation skills
  • Organisational commitment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to recognise areas of self development and act upon these
