As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas: - Understanding Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Strategy roles within a professional services firm or corporate environment, helping companies to identify, clarify and resolve complex issues critical to their strategic success; - Understanding industry and market trends and industry-leading practices in order to develop insights and provide recommendations; - Serving as a Subject Matter Specialist to project teams in TPM; - Applying market/process industry leading practices and analytical techniques to create new promotion insights and drive recommendations; - Working closely with other functional and industry services lines to deliver holistic solutions; - Providing hands on thought leadership specialization in TPM processes; and, - Leading client and project team members to generate practical solutions.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas: - Possessing experience with a high degree of involvement in the delivery and sell cycle; - Interacting effectively with all levels of management including executive level; - Leading teams to generate a vision and creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views and encouraging improvement and innovation; and, - Leading a team to a successful project conclusion through problem solving complex TPM issues.
