You will lead product launch activities and ongoing market-facing support, predominately working in a fast-paced agile environment. You will combine business and product technology knowledge to ensure the development and execution of the product.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EThe Director, National Accounts, Human Capital Management is a seasoned product owner. This role will collaborate as part of a team of product managers to partner with product development, user experience, and business stakeholders to drive the overall product roadmap and execution for ADP\u0027s products focused on large clients.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Col\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u0026nbsp;Drives the product execution and roadmap including feature offerings, product integrations, module interoperability, data analytics and reporting across ADP\u0027s leading HCM applications. Works closely with Product Development, User Experience, and Business Unit leadership to map product initiatives to business outcomes.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServes as a key client facing contact for ADP product functionality and evangelism. Proactively interacts with clients and partners across products. Aggregates and synthesizes client and partner feedback for future development or corrective action as appropriate.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorks across functional areas including sales, organizational readiness, service, and implementation to drive adoption and usage at feature level.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECreate plans that have clear, measurable success criteria. Regularly review metrics and qualitative data to ensure program is meeting business objectives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ol\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEducation:\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree required or equivalent in education and experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMBA and/or advanced Technical Degree a plus\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u0026nbsp;Experience:\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u0026nbsp;7\u002B years of experience in a product management or related role.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EHuman Capital Management industry and product knowledge is a plus.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAgile at scale methodology.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u0026nbsp;Critical Skills:\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u0026nbsp;Must be able to build and lead strong product scrum teams that achieve high standards of performance.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required, including representing ADP externally to our clients and the market.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECreative yet analytical - uses data to support and drive recommendations.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong understanding of the entire technology stack needed to deliver technology solutions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust be a strong collaborator, team player as well as leader.
