- Help manage the annual strategic planning cycle for the Global Product & Technology organization
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and risks (including quantitative surveys, interviews, win/loss analysis, and other market research)
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Product Marketing to assess product positioning, feature / functionality, and capabilities against the market and buyer needs
- Partner with executives to identify new product strategies and initiatives as well as continually shape existing ones based on market, buyer and client signals
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years directly related experience
- MBA Preferred
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, product strategy or the following roles (HCM experience preferred): competitive / market intelligence, industry / market research, or corporate strategy at a technology company
- Expert experience researching industry trends, usage analytics, and competitive dynamics as well as proven experience applying to product strategy and roadmap
- Comfort with financial statement analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional oral and written communications, and able to communicate well with executives
- Ability to influence at senior levels
