This position is newly created position and is a very exciting opportunity as Teva strongly continues to grow. This positon will report to the VP Global Insights, Access & Technologies. Our new Global brand digital lead will be responsible for the development and implementation of the digital strategy for a portfolio of respiratory products.  In this role, you will define and execute the optimal digital activities to support the brands strategic imperatives across all key stakeholders. Will need to possess a strong business acumen, digital marketing expertise, content management, and proven channel delivery experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the digital strategy for a portfolio of Global respiratory products with a deep understanding of the global brand strategy and tactical priorities, internal and external customer needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Design and embed digital strategy/planning frameworks and tools to better understand and engage patients, health care professionals and key stakeholders in personalized, integrated customer experiences, which leverage the appropriate communication channels and the full potential of digital transformation in health care
  • Provide ongoing strategic leadership to the marketing, patient and payer teams regarding multi-channel/digital best practices and approaches which integrate with brand goals and overall business objectives
  • Maintains view of the competitive landscape and has a broad perspective across pharma industry trends, particularly in regard to digital innovation, accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies to identify and drive best practice around digital expertise
  • Identifies long-term process needs of the marketing team focused on digital capabilities and develops/executes a plan to address these.
  • Lead the identification of critical gaps, capabilities, systems, tools, etc., exploring digital engagement and experience insights and solutions from within and external to healthcare
  • Drives innovation culture and defines digital KPIs and performance metrics to ensure continuous learning and performance
  • Facilitate the sharing of digital best practices across geographies
  • Participate in the annual operating planning process to shape the tactical plan and budget required to achieve the brands stated objectives
  • Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets

 

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required
