Job Description:  Director of

Corporate Media Lead

This key member of ADP's marketing organization will lead and shape the media plan for all brand activation efforts.  The Director of Media will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of ADP's media investment, including social activities. The qualified individual will work in close partnership across marketing and digital, customer support, and content teams.

Responsibilities Include:

§  Manage and provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching for our Social Media Manager

§  Manage ADP Corporate Media plan

·        Work with media agency in identifying media programs that support ADP marketing objective.

·        Identify media partnerships that will enhance ADP presence in market.

·        Manage media budget

·        Manage our social media agency relationship

§  Social Listening

·        Oversee our social listening, response, and escalation process

·        Ensure ADP's brand and reputation are enhanced by social media activities

·        Coordinate with various responding stakeholders providing direction or assistance when required

·        Review and determine how to respond to occasional situations that fall out of our social media response playbook

§  Social posting

·        Collaborate with the content team and agencies creating editorial content

·        Guide social content strategies to ensure our posts are relevant, engaging, and valuable to our audiences

·        Oversee the execution of planned social media posts

·        Review the social editorial calendar and performance metrics to ensure consistency with our social strategy and alignment with audience interests

§  Campaigns

·        Plan for and ensure special event coverage (where applicable)

·        Consult with business areas and our agency to advise on paid social and digital campaigns

·        Advise and recommend viability of social channels, approaches, and tactics

·        Share metrics and KPIs on specific social campaigns

§  Advocacy

·        Grow ADP's advocates across social media, B2B review sites, and formalized customer advocate program

§  Measurement

·        Oversee the creation and dissemination of reporting on social media efforts at ADP


·        Support team with measurement of digital and traditional media. 


·        Significant experience and a proven track-record for developing and executing impactful media campaigns

·        Experience with agency/vendor management

·        Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and resources


·        5-8 years' experience in media with focus on social media strategy.
