ADP is hiring a Director Analytics, Retirement Services supporting our Retirement Services organization. As part of the Retirement Services Strategy team, you will have broad exposure to ADPs business and senior leaders.

  • Acts as trusted advisor to ADP's Retirement Services (RS) organization, providing consultative services and analytics to support business strategy related to portfolio growth, product development/ improvement and client retention. Proactively consults with both business and sales leaders to determine business needs and develops critical insights and analysis in support of business priorities and projects (including, but not limited to: determining and tracking KPIs, ad-hoc reporting, dashboard creation, and advanced data analysis.)
  • Collaborate across a wide range of HR areas to drive data based, informed decision making within RS and the business.
  • Understand and support the RS strategic plan and act as a role model for the analytics team as we expand the amount of high-quality analytics and insights through the organization.
  • Partner across Retirement Services to lead and/or drive projects from an analytics/KPI reporting perspective.
  • Enabling organizational management by developing predictive models, allowing the learning and business leaders to model various scenarios and make informed decisions based on outcomes.


  • Excellent data management and analysis skills to assemble, clean and analyze data effectively.
  • Expert level proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of Data Visualization and data storytelling techniques including advanced knowledge of statistics and modeling (able to create and interpret graphs, tables, and sophisticated analysis and frame a story around it)
  • Immaculate attention to detail and a keen eye towards visual presentation of work product.
  • A positive "can-do" attitude and a high personal accountability for results.
  • Ability to successfully navigate complexity, ambiguity and pressure to get things done in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with and communicate confidently with all levels of staff and management.
  • Prior experience and demonstrated track record in building and implementing data driven strategies.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for HR and Analytics (do you like to ask "why" and find insights/answers?)


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ year(s) of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data wrangling, data analysis and modelling.
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Advanced degree(s) (MBA, Master in a quantitate degree)
  • Internal/External consultancy experience
  • Prior analytics experience working with sales organizations
  • Extensive experience in statistics and statistical analysis software/packages
  • Tableau experience
  • Knowledge of Retirement processes and technology applications and professional experience in Retirement or supporting Retirement analytics.
