Your role: As a Deal Support Team Manager, you'll leverage your project management and leadership expertise to assist the Director in establishing the direction of daily activities, ensuring efficient operations, and creating an overall productive and enjoyable working environment for your team. Roles are available supporting both pricing and contract negotation work streams.

What you'll do:

  • Leadership and Targets: Oversee and drive daily activities of a team to meet deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals.
  • Build teams that thrive: Build and develop a robust team that can achieve the highest standards of performance; meeting and exceeding stakeholders' strategic goals.
  • Evaluate and Recommend: Analyze team statistics, individual performances and prepare and present recommendations to Director.
  • Address Vulnerabilities: Manage escalated issues and provide direction in establishing best practices and escalate to any appropriate levels.
  • Operate with an ownership mindset: Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to team members in the absence of the Director. Participate in team deliverables in times of high volume or outages.
  • Grace Under Pressure: Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Finance, or Client/Customer Service environment
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Availability to work during times of high-volume, including month-end, quarter-end, year-end.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Prior leadership training
  • Proficient understanding of ADP or other competitive sales process and policies and procedures
  • Substantial learning agility and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
