We help our clients design approaches to integrate new technologies, skills, and processes so they can get the most out of their technology investment and drive business results and innovation.Our team helps organisations align their business and operational requirements through the careful design of digital platforms and applications. Youll help our clients with application optimisation, strategic integration of custom packaged solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and roadmap development.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Demonstrating experience in building and data management and pipelines, and designing application schemas;
  • Demonstrating experience withexperience in integration and/or implementation of CRM, ERP, HCM a plus;
  • Demonstrating experience with one or more of Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP and/or Oracle CRM, SAP and/or Microsoft ERP, Workday or Oracle HCM;
  • Having a background in computer science and comfortable in programming in a variety of languages, including Java, Python, Shell;
  • Collaborating effectively with teams spanning multiple business areas;
  • Demonstrating ability to influence those who do not report directly to you and/or those who you report to with your knowledge of industry leading practices;
  • Demonstrating ability to envision and deliver solutions to improve service delivery; and,
  • Leading teams in a dynamic work environment while managing stakeholder expectations and scope.
