Job Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor Degree

Additional Educational Requirements:

In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Minimum Years of Experience:
3 year(s)

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge with customer analytics (specifically around acquiring new customers, growing existing customer bases and retaining customers)preferably within a professional services firm, including the following areas:

  • Analyzing large and complex data sets, including a demonstrated thorough aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses;
  • Executing interviews to gather first hand user insights from different types of user groups;
  • Working with customer analytics across the spectrum of acquire-grow-retain and provide insights;
  • Analyzing customer datasets and data elements, public and private sources;
  • Specializing in at least one of the following areas: Customer Products, Industrial Products and Services, Telecom, or Financial Services industries;
  • Preparing and presenting of complex written and verbal materials (to inspire, influence and sell) and tailoring those materials to the various internal and external audiences we connect with in PwC;
  • Working with Big data analytics (e.g. tools such as SAS or R), application architectures, and software development lifecycle/processes;
  • Collaborating and contributing as a team member;
  • Understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, and proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback;
  • Demonstrating an execution-oriented mindset, and ability to think independently to solve problems, comfort with ambiguity;
  • Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, researching and analyzing pertinent PwC Labs customer insight data, and communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences (including various levels of management) in a professional business environment; and,
  • Understanding how the application of analytical techniques correlate to business value; and being able to select the appropriate analytical techniques for the problem at hand.

Demonstratesabilities with the following areas:

  • Acting as an influential voice on behalf of the customer, our consultants and their clients, constantly thinking about their needs and the reflection of those needs in the products we deliver;
  • Representing stakeholders and set product and project vision/roadmap, likewise, influence and excite stakeholders with the product vision and strategy; and,
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities with an ability to learn and adapt to changing environments.
