A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. Youll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwCs brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.Our Proposals Development team supports PwCs consulting teams in marketing and sales proposals. Youll support the writing and editing process for proposals, thought leadership initiatives, sector specific leadership agendas and other marketing initiatives.

The Brand & Creative CoE leads the development & implementation of the external brand strategy & brand experience across the entire PwC network of firms. Responsible for global brand governance, brand protection, & creative strategy of the brand.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Possessing knowledge of voice and naming standards to drive business objectives;
  • Leveraging competitive positioning to contribute to the development of messaging and react to emerging business needs;
  • Understanding of key business issues our clients are facing and aligns verbal strategy and point-of-view(s) around those issues;
  • Managing all aspects of naming projects, including conducting naming assessments/brainstorms, generating names, owning desktop searches and building and giving presentations;
  • Leveraging writing skills for both internal communications and external messaging, producing concise and grammatically correct copy, with an ability to translate complex concepts into easy to understand, creative, and compelling messages;
  • Managing verbal brand strategy and drive change by collaborating with marketing leaders and other internal stakeholders, as well as working with Office of the General Counsel to review and approve all names;
  • Managing database and portfolio of all internal and external names;
  • Collaborating on positioning and messaging projects, including the development of value propositions, brand narratives and messaging guides;
  • Revising, editing, and proofreading content as well as developing original ideas;
  • Leading additional brand strategy projects and priority initiatives;
  • Driving adherence to risk management protocols;
  • Using technology-based solutions and technical acumen;
  • Networking strategically to build relationship skills and manage multiple, overlapping projects;
  • Providing the ability to exhibit agility, adapt to competing priorities, ambiguities in scope and unexpected issues in a dynamic organization;
  • Working independently to resolve issues; and,
  • Coordinating with leadership or subject matter specialists when necessary.
