will be responsible for the competitiveness of our compensation programs in the
US retail stores and print production facilities. This includes the annual
merit increase process.

**Key Responsibilities:**










+ Manage the compensation program for the storenon-management population in 1,000 locations. This includes working withcolleagues in human resources, store management, and store labor inassigning market designations (wage ranges) to stores as needed or forlegislative minimum wage changes. Assess external wages and internalmetrics. Update the market designation tools periodically.


+ Stay on top of upcoming legislative minimum wagesacross the country and its impact to the store market designations.


+ Drive the annual merit process for the storenon-management and print production populations
