Job Description

 

This position is responsible for coordinating key internal and external communications activities and events as well as social media ambassadorship and execution of an executive social media strategy for members of the North American Leadership Team, including the head of NA Commercial in partnership with the NA Communications Team. The role also provides administrative support to the Vice President, North America Corporate Communications & Brand and relevant event leaders and team leaders in North America Communications.


Responsibilities:

  • Development and distribution of content and coordination on regional newsletter; contributions to One Teva Global Newsletter
  • Distribution of internal communications through Poppulo and, management and maintenance of distribution lists in partnership with HR
  • Execution and coordination of NEW executive social media platforms and establishment or Reverse Mentorship Program to enable select NALT leaders to create and support reputation-based social media
  • Support of brand initiative including cataloging efforts and ensuring that tasks are reported back to global partners on the Brand team; help to facilitate brand give-back initiative
  • Support of ERG work and external mentorship program and, other support systems necessary to enable ESG initiatives (Social Impact & Responsibility)
  • Develop/maintain media relations catalog nd call roaster including areas of focus and review when necessary
  • Maintenance and update of policies and review processes, as necessary
  • General administrative support for assigned Vice President and direct reports (as necessary), including scheduling meetings and appointments, information updates, reporting requirements, travel, expenses vendor purchasing and approvals, coordination of meetings, requisitions and invoicing, preparation of routine correspondence, copying and distribution of documents.
  • Support the general administrative duties in the Parsippany office, along with other administrative assistants, including managing conference room scheduling, ordering materials and office supplies and office visitors.
  • Support of return to work responsibilities; assistance with critical distribution lists and executive mailbox management for announcements and special events.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree

  • Experience Required: 3+ years experience in a coordination or administrative support role for senior executives.
  • Experience in fast paced environment.
  • Digital experience leading content and managing interactions on social media platforms; intuitive sense of recommendations to grow and lead audience engagement
  • Project management experience.
  • Advanced skill level in MS Office including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Basic knowledge of teleconference and videoconference services.
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity and discretion.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work with changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required.
  • Client service oriented. Detail oriented.
