Business Intelligence Manager

ADP is hiring a Business Intelligence Manager, responsible for delivering business value through business intelligence reporting and analytics by driving insights to actions. Key responsibilities also include developing analytical views of data utilizing various BI tools such as Tableau. The business insights and recommendations you provide will guide leadership to develop strategies to improve performance of the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Creating and communicating accurate, high-quality businesses insights on topics including; porting and growth trends, retention and disconnect trends, industry/competitive trends, distribution and channel, program and BU performance.
  • Drive cross functional partnerships with key stakeholders to develop and recommend growth and retention strategies to senior leadership to allow them to make informed data-based decisions to improve business performance across the organization.
  • Analyze various operating metrics including, but not limited to sales, revenue, units to uncover insights into business trends and making recommendations to leadership.
  • Oversee predictive and prescriptive analytics projects; providing analytical support for the SBS portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for management reporting through various tools.
  • Implementation of the annual Price realization process.

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent mix of education and experience,
  • 6 or more years of relevant work experience and progressive experience performing and leading the execution of reporting and analytics.
  • 4 years of experience working with Tableau, Excel, Power Point, SQL and Visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Advanced degree preferred, Major or Area of Concentration: Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics/business intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Relevant field.
  • Financial experience in revenue modeling or P&L. 
  • Experience in architecting BI solutions using BI tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to tell stories with data; ability to define the future state as well as identifying the steps to get there.
  • Ability to develop strong internal cross functional relationships; openness to collaboration and feedback to deliver solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to speak to leaders at multiple levels in language that conveys and easy to understand message; both verbally and in writing.
  • Results orientation, strong sense of urgency and seeks continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time and meet deadlines with little supervision.
